Common service questions
I sent an enquiry and have not heard back. What should I do?
Call Jye Fulton on 0421 233 434. Enquiries are saved on our system before any email is sent, so nothing is lost even if an email goes astray — but a phone call is the fastest way to get it in front of us. Check your junk folder too, since the confirmation email sometimes lands there.
Can I change the details of my quote?
Yes. Length, height, gate count and fence style can all change before work starts. Tell us what has changed and we will requote. If the quote has already been accepted and materials ordered, call before assuming a change can be made.
How do I book the free site measure?
Submit the quote form or call. We will arrange a time that suits, including outside standard hours where we can. There is no charge and no obligation.
My start date has moved. Why?
Weather is the usual reason, particularly with concrete footings and painting. Access issues, a delay on the job before yours or a change to the scope can also move a date. We will tell you as soon as we know rather than leaving you waiting.
Something is not right with the finished fence.
Call Jye Fulton on 0421 233 434 and describe it, or email photos to fencingsydney@gmail.com. We would much rather come back and look at it than have you unhappy with the job.
Can you send an invoice or receipt again?
Yes. Email fencingsydney@gmail.com with the property address and we will resend it.
Do you handle the neighbour side of a boundary fence?
We can quote the work and we can talk to both parties about scheduling and access. The cost-sharing agreement itself is between the adjoining owners, so it is worth settling that before work is booked.

Need a price on something new?
Send the length, height and a few photos and you will have an estimate before anyone visits.
